施工参考Construction reference | 以静电喷涂为主，也可手工喷涂，使用前将漆搅匀，如果有机械杂质应过滤后使用，一般用15～25%的配套稀释剂调整施工粘度，喷涂后的小型工件应在90℃烘烤 10～15 分钟，再高温烘烤，大型工件不需低温烘烤，可直接入烘道（炉），对要求不高的金属表面涂装，可直接喷涂皱纹漆， Mainly electrostatic spraying, can also be sprayed by hand, mix the paint well before use, if there are mechanical impurities should be filtered and used, generally use 15: 25% matching diluent to adjust the construction viscosity, small workpieces after spraying should be baked at 90 ℃ for 10 minutes, then baked at high temperature for 15 minutes, large workpieces do not need low temperature baking, can be directly into the baking channel (furnace), for metal surface coating with low requirements, wrinkle paint can be sprayed directly. 对要求高的金属表面涂装，应先喷涂一道磷化底漆，或则环氧酯底漆，再喷皱纹漆，所喷漆膜（干膜）厚度应在30μm 以上。 For metal surface coating with high requirements, a phosphating primer or epoxy ester primer should be sprayed first, and then wrinkle paint should be sprayed.
